Henry - 2 Months Old and Loving it!

Henry and Olivia had a combined baby blessing, and it was quite a success!

Bob gave a great blessing to Henry.  He talked about Henry's sweet spirit and role as a peacemaker in our family.  He was an angel during the blessing, and cuddled with family members afterwards.

Henry cuddling with his great-grandma Melba (aka Grammy).

Henry with Uncles Chet and Carter.  They are teaching him how awesome it is to be a boy!

Aunt Anna hanging out with Bob's cousin Cooper who flew in for the occasion!  (Along with his dad, Uncle Dave.)

The Fawson clan represents!

The whole family:  blessed, sealed, and happy to be outside enjoying the sunshine!

Henry has become such a pleasure to hang out with.  He talks, laughs, and grins at anyone lucky enough to hold him!  He also endures a constant stream of kisses from his 'big' sister Olivia.

2 month old photoshoot!

At his two month old check up, the doctor was pleased with his progress.  He moved from the 20% in weight to the 50%!  He weighed 11 pounds 14 ounces and was 23" long (also the 50%), head size: 65%.

His first round of immunizations went well, he had a mild reaction and felt better in a day or so.

His sweet temperament shows itself more and more every day.

Don't look now, but these two are playing with the same toy without destroying each other!

Henry loves staring at his play gym and cooing!

More kisses from Olivia.  For some reason, she prefers kissing his hands and feet to kissing his face.

We picked up this sun hat for him so he'll be ready for hiking and outdoor recreation this summer.  Anybody seen the sun?!

Henry the Tenderhearted

Henry is our sweet little cuddlebucket.  He smiles all the time now, and giggles as well, especially when looking at the pig above his bouncy chair.

Henry has to get lots of Uncle Carter time in before he leaves on his mission!

Aunt Heady played with Hank until he started to get fussy.  Then she patted his bottom twice, which he cannot resist.  He then fell asleep immediately.

Crazy Sister Olivia and Grandma Christa

Hard to say who's less excited about being here, Grandpa Chris or Henry.

Mother's Day Brunch at Snowbasin!  Henry ate his fair share of shrimp, white chocolate mousse, lamb, and crepes from the crepe station.  Oh no wait, that was everyone else!

Henry cuddles with his Nana on Mother's Day.

Though he is a sweetheart most of the time, he does cry from time to time!  Henry is such a sweet little influence in our home.  Olivia has really started to like him, and when asked she will 'give him kisses.'  She is either giving him open-mouthed kisses (cute), or attempting to eat him (disturbing).  He is nearly sleeping through the night (8 hours give or take), which we couldn't be happier about!

Henry - Not a Newborn

At 6 weeks old, Henry is officially not a newborn any more -- he's just a regular baby.  We can hardly believe it.  Here are a few photos from his 1-month photoshoot.

Henry's first Easter egg hunt, he found a lot of candy for his mom to eat!

Henry with his Great-Grandpa Don.

Henry with his Great-Grandma Tanny.
Now that Henry's umbilical cord finally fell off, he has been enjoying real baths.  He sits so calmly in the water and cries when he's taken out.

Look at those tiny bum cheeks!

Yet again, he's using something pink handed down from Olivia.

He is such a sweet boy with a gentle personality.  He's happy to sit in his swing watching things go by while his sister demands attention.

He is sleeping 5-7 hours straight a night most of the time.  But when he does get up he does something we fondly refer to as 'Bobbleheading' where he goes straight as a board and uses his not-inconsiderable neck strength to keep his head straight as he stares straight ahead.

Henry and his Uncle Chet.

Henry and Grandpa Dean (aka Papa).

Tummy time, he hates it.

He loves being swaddled and has a hard time sleeping otherwise.

Henry cried the whole time we were on this walk.  Perhaps it was because Olivia kept trying to grab his hand.

Life is crazy juggling two babies, but we're loving it!
