Eight-Month Old Turkey

Henry's first Thanksgiving was a success!  He loves yams, and enjoyed sitting up to the table like a big kid.

Between eating sessions, Henry enjoyed hanging out with his Aunt Didi and Uncle Chet.

He also enjoyed eating fake hamburgers, wearing old girl hats, and making funny faces.

After Thanksgiving, a trip to Las Vegas and Yo Gabba Gabba Live!

Henry became incredibly worked up and excited during the show.  He yelled and jumped up and down and became incredibly overstimulated. It took us 3 hours or so to get him to calm down and fall asleep.

Hanging out at the park.  Henry loves chilling outside...

...just like his Daddy.

Henry has become super mobile and thus has been finding himself in lots of trouble.  He enjoyed eating the purple crayon, can you tell?

As well as 'wounded-soldier' crawling and frog jumping, Henry has started pulling up on things.  He does a little bit of cruising, but mostly, he just pulls himself up and then bounces up and down.  After a little while, he realizes he doesn't know how to get back down and cries until someone rescues him!

Henry as an eight-month-old is really developing his personality.  He is super giggly, especially with his sister.  Even when he's not feeling great and up in the middle of the night, he's pretty happy.

Nap hair!  And of course we're attempting to foster a nascent love of books in this little man.

Eight months old, are you kidding me?

Ready for Christmas?  This guy is.

The Egghead's First Halloween!

Henry, the Egghead! He loved Halloween, especially the part where he got to hold candy!  He had a lick of a laffy taffy, and that was awesome for him.

Henry loved the Anna/Arla Halloween Pumpkin Decorating Bash!  This is his decorated pumpkin.  Didn't he do such a good job?!

Henry enjoyed crawling around with Cousin Logan the Tiger.

Halloween afternoon, getting ready for the big event.

The parade procession.  Henry loved walking with Uncle Scott.  This is right before the awards ceremony when the kids won the Cutest Costume award.

After Halloween, Henry playing with his brand new Play-doh!

It's so much fun to watch Henry grow and learn.  He has mastered army crawling and has moved on to a frog-jumping movement that is hard to explain. No matter how he moves, he has one objective: keeping up with his big sister.  If you see her toddling down the hallway, it's inevitable to see this little boy scooting along after her.

He is still only saying 'Mama,' which is fitting since he's a giant mama's boy!  Love you, Hank!
